Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan had suffered an injury while in Hyderabad filming his upcoming Nag Ashwin movie, Project K. The accident took place while shooting an action sequence for the film. The actor flew back to Mumbai and was resting at his residence. Bachchan had been giving updates to his fans about his health regularly. He recently resumed work post injury by shooting for a commercial advertisement.

Amitabh Bachchan and celebrity photographer Avinash Gowarikar shot a commercial today. Avinash took to Twitter and lauded Mr. Bachchan. He wrote, “TheBoss is back on set! Looking cooler & dapper than ever. Came 20 minutes before time… Finished 30 minutes before time…He’s just… no words @SrBachchan.”

Bachchan shared pictures from the sets and wrote on his blog, “Off to work… a few limps and slings apart .. but striding on ..” Sharing the details of the photos, Big B wrote captions that read, “the face.. the touch ups.. and the shot..” and, “corrections and discussions on the writing.. amicable and on..” and, “the mood be slightly grim in the work front… and that is reflected on the page…” Big B ended his post by saying, “And the routine in its beginnings.. on the road to the route.. the environ so ignored for the time to reappear and the feel on the faces of reassurance.. My love to all..”

Project K is Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi film that also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani. The film is simultaneously being shot in Hindi and Telugu.

Bachchan was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai last year, which also starred Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa and Parineeti Chopra. Apart from Project K, Bachchan will soon feature in Ribhu Dasgupta’s Section 84.
