Itel has expanded its tablet lineup with the launch of a new affordable tablet — Itel Pad 1 — in India. The key highlight of the tablet is that it comes with support for 4G calling and comes with a SIM card slot. Apart from this, the tablet is powered by an octa-core chipset, features a 10.1-inch HD+ IPS display and more.

Itel Pad 1 is an affordable tablet and is priced at Rs 12,999. The tablet will be available for purchase via both online and offline retail stores across the country. The tablet comes with two colour options — Light Grey and Light Blue.

It features a 10.1-inch HD+ IPS display. The cellular tablet from Itel is powered by an octa-core SC9863A1 chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage The tablet runs Android Go operating system. The tablet is backed by a 6000mAh battery and it comes with a USB Type-C port for charging with support for OTG.
Tab 1 features an 8MP front camera with an 80-degree wide-angle view and a 5MP rear camera with a flashlight.
