Krafton has launched a new game — Defense Derby — in India. Developed by Krafton’s independent studio — RisingWings, it is a real-time strategy mobile game that aims to take tower defense games to next-level.

The game has launched globally in around 190 countrues and is available to download via Google Play Store, Apple App store as well as Samsung Galaxy Store.
Defense Derby: Introduction

As mentioned, it is a real-time strategy-based tower defense game that offers 4-player PvP battles full of strategic challenges, dynamic synergy effects. The game also has a scouting stage where players bid against competitors to secure units and form their ultimate teams. Arranging units within their fortress, players counter continuous monster attacks to remain the last player standing.
The game offers various modes, including Derby Mode for PvP battles, Blitz Mode for PvE challenges, and the Valley of Trials for unique tests. Friendly Derby enables players to battle friends, and Themed Mode brings periodic rule shifts. Upcoming updates include Ban Pick Mode to block specific opponent units and Quest Mode for survival and specific quests.
Krafton and RisingWings is celebrating the launch with a ‘Welcome Package’ containing 20,000 Gold, a Rare Hero card, a Rare Unit card, and a Special Castle Skin. Players can earn rewards like Legendary Unit cards and Cubics through in-game events. Follow Defense Derby on YouTube, Facebook, and Discord for more events.
“We are excited to introduce Defense Derby as our fourth game in India, offering players a thrilling and unique strategy experience. Along with RisingWings, we have curated a captivating gaming adventure that sets it apart from other tower defense genres. With Defense Derby’s launch, we are delighted to expand our strategy and casual game portfolio in India. As we continue our journey and strengthen our commitment in India, we look forward to independently developing games for our Indian community as well as collaborating with our talented studios to bring more such exceptional experiences to our enthusiastic fans in the country.” said Sean Hyunil Sohn, CEO, KRAFTON India
