Alia Bhatt was at her candid best at the 21st HT Leadership Summit held in Delhi on Saturday, November 4. The actress opened up like never before about her daughter Raha and also shared interesting details about her lovely equation with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor. Incidentally, Raha turns 1-year-old today.

Alia Bhatt was asked why she chose to not reveal her daughter Raha’s face. On this, she said, “It’s not like I’m hiding my daughter; I am proud of our baby. But we (Ranbir and her) are new parents. We don’t know how we feel about her face splashed all over the internet.” She also assured that the couple will reveal her face once they feel they are comfortable with the idea.

Alia Bhatt has been working consistently even after embracing motherhood. She recently delivered a successful film in the form of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and the Netflix Hollywood film, Heart Of Stone. She’s now all set to start work on her second production, Jigra, directed by Monica O My Darling (2022) director Vasan Bala.

Alia revealed that she and Ranbir are there for their lovely daughter all the time. She revealed, “Although we have help at home, we work our schedules around Raha in a way that one of us is always with her all the time. When I took up Jigra, Ranbir cleared his schedule for the next few months so I can work with ease.”

She also added, “Celebs are often asked, ‘How is it being a working mother?’ But women work! The nanny who comes to my house has three kids of her own. Even stay-at-home moms work a lot. I think we give celebs too much importance.”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt met during the shoot of the sci-fi film, Brahmastra (2022). 2022 was a landmark year for them. Brahmastra was released last year, on September 9. They got married on April 14 while Raha was born the same year, on November 6.
