Hello and welcome to ABP’s live coverage of IPL 2023. Rajasthan Royals are set to face Delhi Capitals in the first match on a doubleheader Saturday at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati. Sanju Samson’s team suffered a defeat against Punjab Kings and will be looking to seal a win against struggling Delhi.

The only cause of concern for the Royals is star batter Jos Buttler is injured and will likely to miss the match on Saturday. The question is who will open with Yashasvi Jaiswal, though the Rajasthan-based franchise can try either skipper Sanju Samson or Devdutt Padikkal.

Delhi Capitals on the other side are struggling at the moment as they lost two back-to-back games. They need to find a way to tackle Royals’ spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Ashwin in order to win this game. Prithvi Shaw failed in the last game while Mitchell Marsh also looked weak so far in the IPL 2023. David Warner’s team will be looking to fill all the voids and will look for a win here against Rajasthan Royals.
