Telegram has rolled out a new update for its users before the end of 2023. The update brings multiple new features for the Telegram users. The latest features include customisable Channel Appearance, the ability to share posts in Stories, expanded Premium gifting options, and much more.
Here are all the feature coming to Telegram
Customise channel appearance
The new update allows the channel owners to customise their appearance as they gain levels through subscriber boosts or giveaways.Beyond message colour, channel owners can choose a colour and logo for their profile cover, set an emoji status, and display a wallpaper visible to all who open the channel. The emoji status offers many options, from animated snowmen to cryptic hotdogs.
Share posts in Stories
The latest addition enables the reposting of messages from channels directly into Stories. Users have the flexibility to adjust, resize, and embellish the reposted message to their liking. This functionality extends support to all message types, encompassing photos, files, and voice or video messages.
Massive premium gifts
Now, users have the capability to present Telegram Premium to multiple recipients concurrently. Within the ‘Gift Premium’ section found in Settings, users can effortlessly choose up to 10 individuals and grant them Telegram Premium with just a single tap. For those already holding Premium subscriptions, there’s the option to save the gift for later activation or share it with a friend.
Custom prizes and winner lists in giveaways
Channels conducting giveaways now have the ability to extend the duration and outline additional prizes, offering a more extensive array of rewards ranging from burritos to Bugattis. In order to promote transparency, hosts of giveaways can activate the ‘Show Winners’ toggle, announcing the winning accounts with a celebratory, confetti-filled message.
View reposts and more
Users can now see who viewed and reacted to their stories, while channel admins gain detailed statistics on story performance. With the update, channel admins can view reactions to their stories, and both users and channels can see who reposted their stories.
Photo cutouts for Stories
The application now empowers users to overlay photos from their gallery onto stories. To enhance creativity, users can remove the background of images, providing them with the opportunity to customise and personalise their content.
