To make the online dating platform more secure, Tinder has introduced the Incognito Mode for its users. The feature will allow users to hide their profile and keep their details and sensitive information private from others.
What is Incognito Mode in Tinder
The new Incognito Mode in Tinder enables users with the ability to maintain full control over their profile and the data and details visible on the Tinder app. The feature allows users to take control of the visibility of their profile data while engaging with the Tinder app. Subscribers can still Like and Nope profiles, but only those whom they’ve liked will see them in their recommendations.
This enables more privacy and control to offer Tinder experience more tailored as per users requirements.
Tinder has mentioned that a new survey has revealed that “98%* Young daters in India said that safety features on dating apps are important”.
Quote on behalf of Anukool Kumar, Marketing Director, Tinder India, “Incognito Mode, allows our users to navigate the dating world with enhanced privacy. Together with the exclusive track by the talented Dorwin John and Dot, who adds an element of mystery and excitement to this innovative feature, we aim to offer a personalized and secure dating experience that aligns with the evolving preferences of our users.”
As part of Tinder’s continual effort to lead the dating industry in safety innovation, Tinder released a slew of new in-app features that help users control how they engage with others in the app.
